Location – Philippines

Qualification required - BE (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience Needed : 4-5 Years in DG Service Industry

Experience required in:-

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of service-related work of DG sets, including materials procurement, and site work.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality      and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with dealers and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including service plans, schedules, budgets, and inspection reports.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the services part.
• Communicate regularly with reporting managers, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Resident Engineer Skills : 

• Strong knowledge of local language (Read, Write & Speak) 
• Aware with territory / geography of Philippines 
• Excellent      problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication with dealers and interpersonal skills
• Experience with large-scale DG projects
• Lead generation skills for new Business Opportunities
