Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies that fuel business success. Lead recruitment, employer branding, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline. Drive initiatives that spark engagement, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture. Oversee performance management, training, and leadership development. Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth). Elevate HR operations with technology, data, and analytics for smarter decision-making.
A proven leader in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Philippines labour laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
