JOB DESCRIPTION – Finance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager in our organization, who can play a pivotal role in shaping the financial health of our operations in the region. This is not just about accounting and reporting—it’s about being a strategic partner to management, ensuring compliance with local laws, driving cost efficiencies, and enabling sustainable business growth. You will serve as financial expert, balancing day-to-day financial control with long-term planning.

Develop, monitor, and refine the annual budget, financial forecasts, and business plans for the Philippines entity. Provide strategic insights to management for decision-making, Identify and implement initiatives to optimize profitability and reduce costs. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, P&L, and MIS reports. Oversee all statutory filings, tax payments, and compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards, BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies. Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and consultants. Establish strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Legal, Sales, etc.) to provide financial guidance and business partnering. Act as a bridge between local operations and global finance teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field: CPA preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance & accounting experience, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Strong expertise in Philippine tax laws, compliance, and financial reporting standards.

Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modelling.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deliver results within tight timelines.

Strong leadership presence with proven ability to guide a finance team.
