We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Head to lead our organization, specializing in network facilities infrastructure solutions that primarily serve telecom operators and tower companies. Our products and services include integrated maintenance (IME)—which comprises preventive and corrective maintenance and project services—as well as the supply of generators and other equipment (e.g., lithium batteries) used in telecom network infrastructure. 

As Country Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass not only overseeing all operational aspects of our services but also spearheading sales efforts to ensure organizational growth and market leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of infrastructure services, a proven record of successful leadership, and a passion for driving transformational change.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with an additional qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in senior management roles, with a minimum of 5+ years in such positions and a total experience of 18 to 20 years.
• Experience in both operational leadership and sales/business development within the services industry, preferably in telecom infrastructure services.
• Technical background in the manufacturing industry, such as generators, engines, and machinery, including after-sales services.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
